SIBERIAN EXPRESS vodka is produced exclusively at a single distillery located in Southern Siberia (Kazakhstan), ensuring the authenticity of the product and consistent quality.

Small-Batch Blending

In order to ensure consistency in quality and taste, each batch is blended with the previous one, guaranteeing identical taste for every bottle of SIBERIAN EXPRESS.

Malt spirits

The spirits are distilled from carefully selected grain crops, utilizing unique combinations of wheat and malt cultures.

CRAFTING PROCESS
GRAIN HARVESTING
Grain is carefully harvested for further transformation into alcohol.
MALTING
The grain is germinated using an original technology for 10-12 days, after which it is milled and mixed with water to create malt milk.
FERMENTATION
Natural fermentation and maturation (the process of converting wort into mash under the influence of malt milk and yeast) take 68-72 hours.
DISTILLATION
Alcohol distillation with a 7-column process (compared to the usual six).
FILTRATION
Alcohol, water and vodka undergo 15 stages of filtration - multiple layers of birch charcoal and quartz sand enhance clarity and flavor. Additionally, silver ion filtration is applied, ensuring an ultra-clean and crisp profile.
SMALL-BATCH BLENDING AND BOTTLING
Vodka rests for no less than 48 hours in finishing vats before bottling. During production, each subsequent batch is blended with the previous one to maintain consistency in taste.
